You have selected a delivery day at checkout. Your order will be delivered on the requested day and you will receive confirmation the evening before delivery by email. 

When you receive your order, please prepare for your new arrival before opening the package. If you delivery contains a live animal then please open the package carefully with subdued lighting so that you animal is not shocked by the light. It has been in the dark for up to 24 hours and you want keep everything as stress free as possible. Ensure that the habitat is perfect for your new animal before housing it in there. Your package is temperature controlled to ensure that your new animal is as comfortable as possible when it arrives.

We may contact you, prior to arrival, to see if we can help with any advice to ensure that the environment and setup are perfect for your new family member before it arrives.
