  1. Can I alter an order?
    Orders can be altered as long as they are yet to be dispatched. If you wish to alter an order, please contact us and we will help make any changes.

  2. Can I order over the phone?
    Yes, orders can be taken over the phone from Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Orders taken over the phone must be paid for via card or we can send you a Paypal request if it is easier for you.

  3. Can I request specific sexes?
    If the sex is not displayed on the listing, customers are able to request a specific sex within the comments box. From this we will do our best to fulfil all requests, however this will all be dependent on what we have in stock at that moment in time. Not every animal is easy to sex, especially when it comes to younger individuals, so we will always do our best but cannot guarantee it. If you are unsure, please give us a call and we will do our best to help.

  4. How do I care for my new pet and what will I need?
    It is important that you have researched how you keep your new pet, before you consider ordering. We are here to help and advise. Care sheets can be found on our website for each species on the product listing. These will provide details on enclosure size, heating and lighting, humidity, substrate, diet and supplements and enrichment.

  5. How long do refunds take to process?
    Any refunds will be processed as soon as possible, however may take up to 1-3 working days to enter your account dependent on your bank.

  6. I think that my reptile is acting strangely?
    Please give us a call and we can discuss your observations. We will always offer help and advice where we can so please do not hesitate to call us.

  7. What is the guarantee?
    We are so confident in the quality of our livestock that we are able to offer them all with a comprehensive guarantee. This guarantee covers all individuals that we supply to you and covers them for a period of 7 days after delivery. We are not able to cover for livestock that have been kept in unacceptable conditions. We are also not able to guarantee any of your existing stock. We therefore always advise that all new purchases from anywhere are kept separately from existing stocks until you are completely happy with their health and wellbeing. If, although rare, you have need to make a claim on the guarantee, please do not dispose of the individual until you have taken photographs of them and contacted us. Please get in touch with us and we will do everything that we can to help.

  8. What size will my reptile be?
    The ReptCo. will always do our best to send out the size of reptile as described in the listing. On rare occasions, this may not be possible if the suppliers have sent us individuals of a different size to usual but we will always do our utmost to stick to the sizes as listed. We will always contact you if we are not able to supply the order as described.

  9. Will I receive the same reptile as in the photographs?
    We try to make sure that every photograph that we use on the website is representative of the stock that you will receive. We often use library pictures to show the individual that you are buying. These library pictures usually show adult specimens and, as some of the reptiles that we supply are juvenile, they will often not have their full adult coloration or body shape when they arrive.

  10. Are you open to the public and can I collect?
    Yes, although we are currently primarily an internet-based store, you are welcome to visit on a Monday, Friday or Saturday. We are operating on a working fish farm, so please do no expect to be visiting a high street type pet store.
